About

Who am I?  I’m a former Professor of Management at Arizona State University.  I received my PhD from Michigan State University in 1977.  I resigned from a full Professorship at ASU in 1985 to search for a new model for dealing with people at work that would not only make full employee engagement possible, but easy.  In December of 2011, I finally figured it out and this new model is detailed in my book, The Engagement Formula: Three Simple Steps That Guarantee Full Employee Engagement. If you implement The Engagement Formula in your organization, 100 percent of your employees will become engaged with their work—all working at their full potential.
