Who am I? I’m a former Professor of Management at Arizona State University. I received my PhD from Michigan State University in 1977. I resigned from a full Professorship at ASU in 1985 to search for a new model for dealing with people at work that would not only make full employee engagement possible, but easy. In December of 2011, I finally figured it out and this new model is detailed in my book, The Engagement Formula: Three Simple Steps That Guarantee Full Employee Engagement.
